WF3 Winners
A huge congratulations to all of the winners from the WF3 kindness awards which were held on Sunday
Many of those honoured were from our end of the village, including Camille Leach , Lorna Louise Spencer and Thea, Diane Wells, air and hounds- Mike Robinson , food pantry at West Ardsley Methodist Church, Sonia Staker, Mis

Without people like you in our village, it just wouldn’t be the same !

Our lovely Sponsor Mike is often out and about helping those who have lost their pets and he has now started, along with other volunteers a special search team for our village and local surrounding area!
Supporting the people and their pets in West Ardsley and local surrounding areas.
Drone, thermal scoping, search dogs, ground searching.
Here to support the local community with volunteers from within it.

Election Results
The last local election took place Thursday 2nd May 2024
The total turnout of electors in the entire Leeds area was a shocking 34.24% – for Ardsley and Robin Hood ward the turnout was less at only 30.9%
Mike Foster lost his blue seat and it changed to Labour with Karen Bruce winning the vote
Many people of West Ardsley would like to thank Mike Foster for his hard work for the village over the last 3 years

Easter in West Ardsley
The daffodils the in bloom group planted are all out smiling and cheering us up as another possibly damp Easter weekend approaches
but the amazing news is there’s not one, not two but THREE Easter egg hunts this weekend!
Easter Saturday 30th March – WF3 kindness starting in the Tingley Ginnels off Lowery road Free to take part
Easter Sunday 31st March – Little library & the Hare and hounds- 10am -2pm starting at the little library on Haighmoor road finishing at the pub!
Easter Monday 1st April- Tingley Athletic- 11am -3pm at the Casson avenue, £1 donation per child
