EDIT- Sadly we lost the fight due to Leeds City council doing a total U turn from denying planning to then agreeing to it 3 months later
The area is now a large mud pit full of holes and workings, the local community are devastated, we will keep this film here to remind us what we once were lucky enough to have and remind LCC of the poor decisions they made despite 3,500 objections from the community.
This is our first (of many to come) in a series of ‘Save Haigh Woods’ films.
Please share far and wide as we would like to get the message to as many people as possible and let Leeds City Council know that we will continue to fight and protect our green space.
